Provide thorough, proficient pacemaker, ICD and ILR interrogation and reprogramming to cardiac device patients in person and/or remotely. Responsible for device analysis, preliminary report generation, and alerting physician or advanced practice provider to urgent issues requiring further attention.

The Medical Assistant (MA) will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of a high volumeCardiology/Electrophysiology practice including managing the patient flow, regularly accessing the patient operations and ensuring that all medical supplies are available as needed.

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of patient appointments and administrative tasks. This includes checking patients in and out, scheduling office and testing appointments in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, and various tasks requested by providers and patients. Our receptionist is required to have exceptional customer service skills, have the ability to problem solve and to have exceptional organizational and computer skills.

The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day preparation and maintenance of all medical records. This includes medical records requests, scanning documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), and handling of requests for patient records from outside clinics. Our Medical Records Specialist is required to have exceptional knowledge of HIPAA to ensure patient privacy, be diligent about confidentiality, and have exceptional organizational and computer skills.

We are looking for an experienced ECG technician to join our team. Our intent is to give our patients, our providers and our referring physicians the highest caliber of ECG analysis that our clients have come to expect. Provide ECG monitoring, education and analysis for patients utilizing a remote cardiac monitoring device including holter monitors and mobile telemetry devices. Identify, analyze and classify ECG rhythms and over-read and edit digital long-term ECG analysis and prepare accurate reports for physician review and interpretation to aid in patient diagnosis.
